We offer you a position as lock and alarm manager for locks, alarms, and CCTV monitoring in our municipal properties. You will have a varied job within the field of locks and alarms. You will work both practically with these systems and inventory and analyze existing and upcoming needs.

About us

The Property Department, which is part of the Office for Community Building, is responsible for managing, building, and developing the municipality's operational premises such as preschools, schools, care facilities, and housing, as well as facilities and venues for sports and culture.

The department is led by the property manager who has three units under them: the Project and Property Development Unit, the Management Unit, and the Operations Unit. The Management Unit consists of managers, project leaders for planned maintenance, and property administrators. The Project and Property Development Unit consists of project leaders, project coordinators, and energy-climate environmental coordinators. The Operations Unit consists of operation technicians, caretakers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, fire alarm maintenance technicians, energy controllers, and green space managers.

About the position

Your duties as the lock and alarm manager will include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining locks
• Working with low-voltage products, access systems, and electromechanical locking solutions
• Inventorying and planning replacements of locks, alarms, and CCTV in both smaller and larger properties

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in locksmithing or the security industry
• Has knowledge of low-voltage products, access systems, and electromechanical locks
• Is used to planning and leading workflows

It is an advantage if you have:

• Journeyman or master certificate
• MEGA certificate
• Experience with CCTV

As a person, you are structured and creative. We also see that you are collaborative and solution-oriented.
